What does a medical lab manager do?

A Medical Lab Manager oversees the daily operations of a medical laboratory, ensuring that lab procedures and tests are conducted accurately and efficiently. They supervise laboratory staff, manage budgets, maintain quality control standards, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
