Job Overview


We are looking for a dependable and organized Medical Billing and Coding Specialist to join our team. This position supports daily office operations, medical billing and coding activities, and administrative tasks in a professional healthcare setting.


This role is a great fit for someone who enjoys working with details, staying organized, and contributing to a supportive team environment. We welcome candidates who are motivated, eager to learn, and able to manage tasks independently.


What You’ll Do


Perform medical billing and coding functions, including claim submission, payment posting, and follow-up

Review coding accuracy and assist with resolving claim issues or denials

Organize and maintain patient, billing, and office records

Support daily administrative tasks and incoming requests

Track assignments and follow through on open items

Communicate clearly and professionally with team members and external contacts

Help identify and resolve routine billing or documentation issues

Provide general administrative support to the office as needed

Experience in medical billing and coding

Experience in a healthcare or administrative office setting
