Associate General Dentist – Full Clinical Autonomy & High Earning Potential

About the Role:

Are you a motivated General Dentist looking for a practice with a steady stream of new patients and state-of-the-art operatory setups? We are expanding our patient volume and seeking an experienced or ambitious Associate Dentist to step into a busy, established patient base.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive clinical dental care including restorative, extractions, endodontics, crown & bridge, and removable prosthetics.

  • Communicate treatment options clearly and build trust with a diverse patient demographic.

  • Lead and direct clinical support staff during patient procedures to maximize operatory efficiency.

  • Complete accurate and timely clinical notes using standard practice management software ([e.g., Dentrix, Eaglesoft]).

Qualifications:

  • Valid DDS/DMD license for New Mexico

  • 1+ years of clinical experience preferred (New grads with strong clinical skills welcome to apply).

  • Proficiency across general dentistry disciplines.
