We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager with a proven record of success to leverage ChargeAfter's embedded lending platform value proposition in the market. The Sales Manager will play a crucial role in new merchant acquisition and ChargeAfter's revenue growth in a fast-paced market environment.
Responsibilities
  • Build a sales pipeline by focusing on targeted merchants to expand the company's customer base and increase revenue.
  • Execute results by signing deals with strategic new customers.
  • Continuously look for ways to improve and refine the selling process to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual goals.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, market conditions, and competitive landscape
  • Represent ChargeAfter at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote the brand and solutions.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA - advantage).
  • 3 years of Experience in solution selling Saas products to Merchants / Retailers (Verticals - Furniture, home improvements, elective medical, electronics, etc.).
  • Experience in payments/ POS financing products to Merchants / retailers (Verticals - Furniture, home improvements, elective medical, electronics, etc.) - advantage.
  • Proven sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Ability to get buy-in from senior executives through clear communication and alignment on key success factors .
