Job description

IMMEDIATE HIRING FOR ASSEMBLER - 1ST SHIFT - $19.25-20.75/HOUR

Responsibilities:

  • Perform electronic & mechanical assembly, coating, packaging
  • Use microscopes, hand tools, syringes, soldering tools
  • Inspect, test, and document results
  • Repair defects and maintain traceability
  • Follow procedures, safety, and cleanroom standards

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma/GED
  • 6+ months manufacturing experience
  • Assembly, inspection, and tool handling skills
  • Ability to follow detailed instructions

Preferred:

  • Medical device or cleanroom experience
  • Machine operation & process-driven roles

Work Environment:

  • Cleanroom, repetitive tasks, team setting
  • Strict dress code (no makeup, jewelry, etc.)
  • High focus on quality, cleanliness, and compliance

Additional Information:

1st Shift: 5am or 6am to 1:30pm or 2:30pm, Monday through Friday, frequent mandatory Saturdays

Must be available for mandatory Overtime on the back end of the shift

**There is a possibility that some candidates will be moved to a 9/80 shift after training based on current need.**

Operator I: 6 months of manufacturing experience needed

Operator II: 3-4 years of manufacturing experience

Operator III: 5+ years of manufacturing experience

1st Shift:

Operator I : Pay is $19.25/hr

Operator II: Pay is $20.00/hr

Operator III: Pay is $20.75/hr

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.25 - $22.83/hr.
