Orada Tech Repair — a busy Hazlet, NJ repair shop (phones, tablets, laptops, consoles, and more) — is hiring a part-time Sales Associate who's great with people and driven by goals. If you love turning a quick repair visit into a five-star experience and an extra sale, this is your role.

This is a sales-forward position: your #1 job is making sure every customer leaves protected and happy — attaching screen protectors and accessories, enrolling them in our device-protection plans, and earning glowing reviews.

What You'll Do

  • Recommend and sell device-protection plans and coverage to customers
  • Attach screen protectors and accessories to repairs and sales
  • Deliver a standout experience that earns 5-star reviews
  • Build packing lists and log incoming devices into our system
  • Handle customer email and phone follow-ups
  • Run parts inventory counts and keep the store clean and sharp

What We're Looking For

  • Friendly, confident, and genuinely good with people

Schedule & Pay

  • $16.00/hour plus a monthly performance bonus for hitting sales goals
  • ~25 hours per week, concentrated Tuesday–Friday, afternoons through close (our busiest hours)
