ENTRY-LEVEL RESIDENT SALES ASSOCIATE – INSIDE SALES

10 Positions Available | Full-Time W-2 | $50,000 Base Pay | Benefits | 100% On-Site

| Jersey City, NJ | Up to 5% Commission

POSITION SUMMARY

We are seeking 10 highly energetic, motivated Resident Sales Associates to join our growing sales team. This is an entry-level opportunity with comprehensive training provided for individuals interested in building a career in medical device sales. The successful candidate will work from our Jersey City office five days per week, supporting customer outreach, lead generation, account development, and sales activities for our PRP medical device products.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Conduct outbound calls and emails to prospective customers, identify and qualify new sales opportunities, follow up with leads and prospects, introduce company products and services, schedule appointments and product discussions, maintain accurate customer and sales information, follow up with existing accounts, assist with customer inquiries, and maintain consistent daily sales activity.

QUALIFICATIONS

A minimum of 1 year of sales experience is preferred however; not required — we will train the right candidate. High-energy, outgoing, confident, and motivated, with strong communication and interpersonal skills. Comfortable speaking with customers by phone and email, organized and dependable, eager to learn, goal-oriented, and able to work independently while being part of a team. Must be willing to work in the Jersey City office five days per week. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Bachelor's degree in Biology or a similar scientific discipline

TRAINING

Comprehensive company, product, customer, sales process, CRM, prospecting, presentation, and closing training will be provided, along with hands-on training and ongoing coaching.
