The Opportunity

Revolution Medicines Information Sciences & Digital Innovation (ISDI) is seeking an Associate Director, Global Commercial & Medical Data Products to lead the strategy, evolution, and delivery of enterprise Commercial and Medical data products supporting international markets, with an initial focus on Europe and Japan.

Reporting to the Director, Commercial & Medical Data Solutions, this role translates regional Commercial and Medical priorities into scalable product capabilities that support customer engagement, omnichannel execution, analytics, Market Access, Medical Affairs, and commercial operations. Working across business, analytics, engineering, and technology teams, you will shape product roadmaps, recommend investment priorities, and deliver measurable business outcomes.

The role combines product leadership, commercial acumen, and technology expertise to build trusted enterprise data products that improve user experience, accelerate launch readiness, and create reusable global capabilities. You will continuously identify opportunities to leverage AI, intelligent automation, and advanced analytics to simplify workflows and improve commercial decision-making. Key responsibilities include:

  • Lead the product strategy and roadmap for global Commercial and Medical data products supporting Europe, Japan, and future international markets.

  • Partner with Commercial, Medical Affairs, Market Access, Analytics & Insights, Information Systems, and regional affiliates to translate business priorities into scalable product capabilities.

  • Prioritize product investments that improve launch readiness, customer engagement, omnichannel execution, operational efficiency, and business outcomes.

  • Collaborate with domain Product Owners to extend enterprise capabilities across international markets while maintaining global consistency.

  • Ensure enterprise data products meet expectations for governance, quality, interoperability, privacy, lineage, observability, and compliance.

  • Evaluate build, buy, partner, and integration options based on business value, scalability, maintainability, and user outcomes.

  • Identify opportunities to apply AI, intelligent automation, and advanced analytics to improve workflows and commercial decision-making.

  • Partner with Analytics & Insights, Data Science, and Engineering to prototype and deliver intelligent product capabilities.

  • Measure success through adoption, business outcomes, user satisfaction, and continuous product improvement.

  • Build trusted relationships with regional business leaders and technology partners to support ongoing global expansion.

Requiredย Skills, Experience and Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Life Sciences, Analytics, or related discipline.

  • 10+ years of experience in Product Management, Commercial Data Products, Commercial Technology, CRM, Omnichannel, Commercial Analytics, or related disciplines within biotechnology, pharmaceutical, healthcare technology, or another regulated industry.

  • Demonstrated success defining product strategy, developing roadmaps, and delivering measurable business outcomes.

  • Experience supporting Commercial and/or Medical Affairs organizations.

  • Strong understanding of enterprise data products, governance, interoperability, metadata, lineage, privacy, and data quality.

  • Experience evaluating commercial platforms, vendor solutions, and enterprise integrations.

  • Familiarity with AI-enabled capabilities, automation, and advanced analytics.

  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder leadership skills across global organizations.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience supporting commercial launches across Europe and/or Japan.

  • Experience with Salesforce, Veeva CRM, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, PharmaForceIQ/Aktana, Databricks, or similar platforms.

  • Experience delivering enterprise Commercial or Medical data products.

  • Oncology, specialty pharmaceutical, or emerging biotechnology experience.

  • Experience applying AI and workflow automation to improve commercial capabilities.
