BayCare Clinic Plastic Surgery and Skin Specialists is looking for a Communications & Business Development Specialist to join our team in Green Bay, WI. This candidate will be working on average one day a week at our Headquarters location with the other remaining four days in the clinic. We're looking for a compassionate, thoughtful candidate who wants to contribute to a positive experience for all our patients. The typical hours for this role are Monday-Friday from 8:00am - 5:00pm. This role includes occasional weekend event coverage to produce high-quality photo and video content that supports social media engagement, marketing campaigns, and business development activities.

The Job:
  • Working with the Business Development Team/Marketing team, plans, coordinates, and implements business development and community activities.
  • Excellent communication skills. Writes and collects information, and edits for assignments such as, but not limited to, letters, brochures, ad copy, annual reports, web copy, articles, blogs and press releases.
  • Create marketing pieces such as flyers, digital graphics, and social media videos.
  • Assist the business development team with marketing and promotional events as well as organize promotional items.
  • Researches, writes, collects information, and edits for assignments such as, but not limited to, letters, brochures, ad copy, annual reports, web copy, articles, blogs and press releases.
  • Fantastic organizational skills; written, verbal and while speaking on behalf of the organization.
  • Build brand internally and externally aiding in the growth of the company in the preferred direction. Develop strategies to take BayCare to the next level.
  • Supports company events, to include planning, publicizing, and participation.
  • Collaborates with various departmental representatives regarding communication needs and participates in the Marketing & Public Relations team.

The Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in journalism, communications, public relations or related discipline strongly preferred. Experience in lieu of education will be considered.
  • Minimum of two years of experience in solid writing and editing, proven experience as a communication specialist preferred.
  • Superior interpersonal, plus oral, and written communication skills are required.
  • Demonstrated ability to successfully manage a variety of assignments simultaneously, while meeting established deadlines
  • Highly organized and adaptable with proved ability to meet deadlines.
