Your Role on Our Team
The primary function of Sr. Brand Manager - Video Production is to develop and lead Milwaukee Tool's video production strategy and execution, ensuring the creation of compelling content that strengthens brand equity, supports business objectives, and delivers world-class storytelling across all channels. This role is responsible for overseeing the complete video production and post-production process-from concept development and content capture through editorial, motion graphics, color, audio finishing, asset management, and final delivery. The Sr. Manager of Video Production will lead internal teams and external partners while driving innovation, operational excellence, and creative quality across all video initiatives.

You'll be DISRUPTIVE through these duties and responsibilities:
  • Lead the development, planning, and execution of Milwaukee Tool's video production strategy, ensuring alignment with cross functional partners, and business objectives.
  • Develop compelling video storytelling strategies that support product launches, brand campaigns, channel initiatives, training programs, and customer engagement efforts.
  • Lead the production of high-quality video content in both studio and field environments, including construction jobsites, events, training facilities, and customer locations.
  • Work closely with product managers, channel marketing teams, and cross-functional partners to identify opportunities and develop integrated content programs that support business growth.
  • Provide creative leadership and direction throughout all phases of production, ensuring consistent execution of Milwaukee Tool's visual identity and brand standards.
  • Establish and communicate video production best practices, creative standards, workflows, and operating procedures across the organization.
  • Oversee the complete video post-production process, including video editing, motion graphics, color grading, audio mixing, finishing, quality assurance, versioning, and distribution preparation.
  • Oversee video quality control standards to ensure all content maintains a consistent level of creative excellence, technical accuracy, and brand representation.
  • Manage internal and external production resources, including freelancers, agencies, production partners, editors, animators, and other creative vendors.
  • Evaluate emerging production technologies, software solutions, equipment, and industry trends to identify opportunities that improve efficiency, quality, and creative capabilities.
  • Oversee studio video operations, equipment investments, maintenance programs, and production infrastructure to ensure teams have the resources necessary for successful execution.
  • Analyze performance data, audience engagement metrics, and project outcomes to identify trends, opportunities, and recommendations that improve future content effectiveness.

The TOOLS you'll bring with you:
  • Requires a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Film Production, Media Production, Business, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in video production, content creation, creative development, and marketing communications.
  • Minimum 5 years of leadership experience managing complex creative projects, production teams, agencies, freelancers, or cross-functional initiatives.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in cinematic storytelling, commercial production, branded content, documentary-style content, and integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Expert knowledge of video production and post-production tools, including DaVinci Resolve, Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, and related creative software.
  • Extensive knowledge of cameras, lighting, audio capture, composition, motion graphics, color workflows, and advanced production techniques.
  • Demonstrated experience building and managing end-to-end production workflows, including content capture, editing, finishing, asset management, and distribution.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, organizational, project management, and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate performance metrics, identify opportunities, and develop actionable recommendations.
  • Ability to travel up to 30% of the time.
