Job description

Responsible for assisting the physician and office nurse in answering the telephone, scheduling appointments, receiving patients and completing the patient encounter as per office specifications.
High School Diploma and Medical Assistant Certificate from accredited institution. Must be computer literate with previous physician office practice experience. Requires attention to detail, good customer service skills and ability to adapt to changing needs of department. Minimum of three (3) year physician office medical assistant experience preferred.
