Job description

SUMMARY:

Responsible for being the primary point of contact between those ordering real estate valuations for property proposed as collateral for commercial loans and the staff of the Real Estate Valuation Group.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Serves as the primary liaison between the Real Estate Valuation Group and thoseutilizingCommercial Real Estate appraisal services within the Bank.

Tracks commercial real estate appraisals ordered on behalf of the Bank using Appraisal Management Collateral 360 software.

Reviewsstatusof real estate appraisals and communicates issues and information requests.

Orders and coordinates external Commercial appraisal reviews through our 3rd party vendor.

Uploads appraisal reviews and inputs information inFinanceCenter.

Assiststhe closing team and reviewers with completion of checklists in Finance Center.

Problem solves or routes issues toappropriate staffmember.

Escalates issues to Team Lead or Department Manager as needed.

Communicates with Senior and Executive Management, other bank officers, and vendors.

Serves as ambassador for the department when dealing with vendors and other departments and divisions, reflecting professionalism and efficiency.

Continually develops andmaintainsa basic working knowledge of appraisal rules and regulations,

OTHER REQUIREMENTS:

Banking is a highly regulated industry and you will be expected to acquire and maintain a proficiency in the Bank's policies and procedures, and adhere to all laws, rules and regulations that are applicable to your conduct and the work you will be performing.You will also be expected to complete all assigned compliance trainingin a timely manner.

Ability to interact effectively and confidently across all levels of the organization, including senior management, otherdepartmentsand vendors.

Possess clear, concise, effective written and oral communication skills to effectively express thoughts, ideas and concepts to management, bankemployeesand bank customers in a collaborative andsolutions orientedmanner.

Strong organizational andproblem solvingskills

Must be able to manage and safeguard confidential information.Familiarity with Bank Loan Operating systems a plus.

Proficient in MS Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

The wage range for theSecured CreditCommunication Coordinatorposition is $23.50 - $26.50 per hour. The position includes17days of PTO (Paid Time Off), 5 days of STD (Short Term Disability), 11 annual paidholidaysand 1 float holiday.

High school diploma or (GED)

Minimum of two years related experience inCommercialLending field including Commercial Lending processing or Commercial Lending operations.

Familiarity with commercial real estate appraisals a plus

Familiarity with commercial loan documentation a plus.

Ability to read, understand, and interpret Federal appraisal regulations preferred.
