The Center for HumanDevelopment (CHD)is currently seeking an experienced Practice Manager with our Outpatientprograming. This role will require management of both our CBHC Clinic in Chicopee, MA clinic and our Griswold Clinic in Palmer, MA.

Your role as aPractice Manager:

The Practice Manageris responsible forassuring that the Outpatient Behavioral Health Clinic and other programsoperatedfrom the outlying office, are adequately supervised, marketed andmonitored; and achieve quality of careobjectivesand standards and that the physical plan functions in a safe and efficient manner.

Qualifications:
  • Experience in a behavioral health, mental health, or outpatient clinical settingis stronglypreferred.
  • Working knowledge of behavioral health billing, including CPT codes for and associated payer requirements.
  • Familiarity with HIPAA, 42 CFR Part 2, and applicable state behavioral health regulations.
  • Demonstrated experience managing staff across multiple locations or departments.
  • Proficiencywith EHR/practice management systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to lead through influence.
  • CMPE (Certified Medical Practice Executive) or equivalent professional certification preferred.
  • Experience with value-based care models, collaborative care, or integrated behavioral health.
  • Familiarity with CARF or Joint Commission accreditation standards for behavioral health.
  • Experience supporting telehealth operations in an outpatient behavioral health setting.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, Business Administration, Psychology, ora relatedfield. (Required)
  • Master’s degree in healthcare administration(MHA), Business Administration (MBA), or related field (preferred)
  • Minimum of 3–5 years of practice management or healthcare operations experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
  • Reliable, registered & insured vehicle and approved driving record check
  • Approved criminal background check (CORI)
Payrate:

$72,000-$90,000, based on experience. Also take advantage of a phenomenal benefit package that includes Dental,Health,and Life insurance. Paid time off, earned vacation time and paid holidays just to name a few.

Schedule:

This is a full-timeopportunity;schedule is Monday-Friday 8am-4:30pm. Applicants will split time between the Palmer, MA and Chicopee, MA clinics.
