Job description

We need your talent and expertise to fill a Personal Lines Processor role in our Manchester, NH office.

You're the backbone and primary support for our Personal Lines Producers and Account Managers. Your attention to detail not only supports others, but ensures that our clients get the right coverage, the first time. You'll also learn more about Personal Lines to grow your career at Cross!

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Completing and processing daily download reports to include reviewing all transactions for accuracy.
  • Invoicing all types of download transactions.
  • Effective daily management of suspense activities and using correct coding in AMS.
  • Clear and accurate documentation of activities within set guidelines.
  • Auditing files to ensure correct workflow has been completed accurately (quote sheets, signed applications, completed checklists, etc.).
  • Scanning hard files into AMS360.
  • Mailings to clients for new business, coverage surveys, etc.
  • Successfully develop and maintain long term positive relationships with insurance carriers, clients, Producers, Account Managers, and the Cross Agency team.
  • Attend and complete any training sessions or assignments.
  • Learn and comply with all Cross Insurance policies and procedures.

What we're looking for in you:

  • Strong organizational skills, high attention to detail, responsive, and self-motivated.
  • Basic knowledge and experience with Personal Lines P&C coverage.
  • Basic knowledge and experience with AMS.
  • Basic computer knowledge using Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.

Preferred Skills/Qualifications:

  • New Hampshire P&C Producer License.

Compensation: The base hourly ratefor this role is $22.50-$24.00. Actual compensation will be based on factors including location, skills, experience, and internal equity.
