Job description

Rochester Eye Care Associates is seeking an experienced Medical Office Specialist to serve as a lead presence within our front desk operations. This role is ideal for a seasoned medical or optical front office professional who is confident in their skills, takes ownership of their work, and can help guide day-to-day front desk workflows.
As the Medical Office Specialist, you will be a key point of contact for patients while also serving as a resource for front office processes, accuracy, and efficiency. This position plays an important role in maintaining a smooth patient experience and supporting the overall success of the practice.
