Role Summary - Lead a Commercial plumbing crew on diverse job sites - installing, repairing, and inspecting systems in commercial buildings, overseeing projects from start to finish, and ensuring top safety and quality standards.
Responsibilities - 
  • Supervise, coordinate, perform, and assign tasks to plumbing crew,
  • Plan and execute installs: copper, PVC, cast iron, gas, acid waste, fire protection routing
  • Read and interpret blueprints, specs, and installation diagrams
  • Conduct quality control inspections and troubleshoot on the job
  • Ensure compliance with OSHA and NC plumbing codes
  • Maintain strong communication with project managers and clients
  • Keep tools, materials, and inventory in order
  • Mentor and train team members - grow with us long term

  • 3+ years of experience in commercial plumbing, foreman, or leadership experience preferred.  Residential experience is a plus.
