Apex Serenity Medical Clinic is actively seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) for a full-time remote position. This role is instrumental in providing mental health support to clients dealing with major mental illnesses and severe emotional disorders, primarily within the school setting. Key Responsibilities
  • Engage directly with clients in both virtual and in-person settings to evaluate and address their mental health needs.

  • Participate collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team to enhance service delivery and achieve common patient-centered goals.
  • Maintain rigorous adherence to ethical guidelines and the code of conduct of Apex Serenity Medical Clinic.
  • Document all clinical interactions, treatment plans, and outcomes in compliance with healthcare regulations and best practices.
  • Respond to crisis situations effectively, utilizing de-escalation techniques and facilitating appropriate interventions.
  • Participate in staff meetings and training sessions to continuously improve professional skills and agency service delivery.
  • Support clients in accessing linked services, resources, and referrals, ensuring a comprehensive approach to their care.
  • Engage in routine safety checks, identifying and reporting any potential hazards or unsafe conditions.
Patient Population / Client Focus

The ideal candidate will work primarily with students in educational settings who experience mental health challenges. This includes teens and children from various backgrounds, many of whom may face socio-economic disadvantages. The practitioner must be sensitive to diverse cultural perspectives and the unique challenges faced by these populations while providing compassionate and tailored support.

Qualifications
  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work or a related field is required.
  • Must hold an active and unrestricted LCSW license in Pennsylvania.
  • A minimum of two years of relevant clinical experience is essential.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, for clear documentation and collaboration with clients and teams.
  • Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic modalities and an aptitude for using technology in clinical practice.

Compensation and Benefits

The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 85,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
