This position is remote, offering flexibility and convenience in delivering mental health care directly to clients from your own workspace. The scope of work involves engaging with clients primarily within their school environment, coordinating care with educational professionals and families to provide holistic support. • Engage directly with clients in both virtual and in-person settings to evaluate and address their mental health needs.
• Conduct brief, evidence-based assessments and implement integrated care plans tailored to individual client needs.
• Provide ongoing individual, group, and family therapy sessions while monitoring client progress and modifying treatment plans as necessary.
• Participate collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team to enhance service delivery and achieve common patient-centered goals.
• Maintain rigorous adherence to ethical guidelines and the code of conduct of Apex Serenity Medical Clinic.
• Document all clinical interactions, treatment plans, and outcomes in compliance with healthcare regulations and best practices.
• Respond to crisis situations effectively, utilizing de-escalation techniques and facilitating appropriate interventions.
• Participate in staff meetings and training sessions to continuously improve professional skills and agency service delivery.
• Support clients in accessing linked services, resources, and referrals, ensuring a comprehensive approach to their care.
• Engage in routine safety checks, identifying and reporting any potential hazards or unsafe conditions.

The ideal candidate will work primarily with students in educational settings who experience mental health challenges. This includes teens and children from various backgrounds, many of whom may face socio-economic disadvantages. The practitioner must be sensitive to diverse cultural perspectives and the unique challenges faced by these populations while providing compassionate and tailored support.

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work or a related field is required.
• Must hold an active and unrestricted LCSW license in Pennsylvania.
• A minimum of two years of relevant clinical experience is essential.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, for clear documentation and collaboration with clients and teams.
• Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic modalities and an aptitude for using technology in clinical practice.

• Experience working in school settings or with youth populations is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in trauma-informed care approaches and crisis intervention strategies.
• Knowledge of local community resources and services that may benefit clients.
• History of using integrated care models to enhance client treatment outcomes.

The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 85,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
