PRINCIPAL PURPOSE OF POSITION:

Responsible for the staffing of all departments within the on-site facility; monitor the workflow and make appropriate staffing adjustments; conduct employee and client satisfaction surveys and evaluate performance standards.  Complete the above business detail by performing the following duties:

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage TRC staffing employees at the on-site facility.
  • Serve as the liaison between Client management and TRC management.
  • Interface with Client operations managers and supervisors.
  • Track staffing statistics for reporting to Client and TRC management.
  • Maintain a weekly schedule and track result of sales and customer service efforts.
  • Administer quality surveys for all 1st, 2nd, and weekly checks, Satisfaction Surveys, Performance Checklist, and Employee Reviews.
  • Oversee operations of all staffing employees to ensure the ongoing success of each assignment.
  • Maintain records and statistics on standards and conduct performance appraisals once a week for the first 30 days and then on a monthly basis for the remainder of the assignment.
  • Conduct Exit Interviews, Employee Satisfaction Surveys, Employee Performance Reviews, and Client Performance Checklist.
  • Conduct monthly management meetings to review the above information with division supervisors and operations managers.
  • Ensure that the determined staffing needs are met and maintained at an appropriate level.
  • Make suggestions to division supervisors and operations managers on new or more cost effective staffing initiatives.
  • Ensure that all employees are rewarded with special recognition (i.e. breakfast in break room, snacks for afternoon breaks, etc.)
  • Supervise and prepare financial data reports.
  • Perform analysis of monthly financial data and computer reports, maintain accurate accounting records, payroll, billing, and other reports related to the facility operations.
  • Ensure that all timecards are processed for the current week with correct job orders for each division, correct pay and bill rates, and correct invoicing.
  • Establish pricing control over billing rates, mark-up percents, and gross profit percents.
  • Monitor and control all expenses adhering to the financial and operating objectives of the facility.
  • Complete weekly Operations Activity Report, Attendance Report, and Order Analysis Report (turnover statistics) for each division of Client.
  • Conduct quarterly business review meetings to include Client and TRC management teams.
  • Promote all services, including the office and professional services. Perform related duties as needed, including designing attractive and results-oriented recruitment advertising, and processing workers’ compensation and unemployment claims.


SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Directly supervise the staffing employees at the on-site facility in accordance with the organization’s policies and applicable laws.
  • Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work, appraising performance, rewarding and disciplining employees, addressing complaints and resolving problems.
