About the Role:
Kerae Medical, Inc. is seeking a forward-thinking Retail and Billing representative who combines strong visual design skills with hands-on AI expertise. This role is ideal for someone who understands the billing and accounting side of a business.

You will play a key role in transforming billing processes into seamless, customer-focused experiences by ensuring accurate invoicing, timely payment processing, and efficient resolution of billing inquiries that strengthen client trust and support the company's financial operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process daily financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
  • Prepare and issue customer invoices while ensuring billing accuracy and timely payment processing.
  • Reconcile bank statements, credit card transactions, and retail sales reports.
  • Monitor cash flow, process deposits, and maintain accurate financial records.
  • Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities, financial reporting, and audits.
  • Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies, payment issues, and customer account inquiries.
  • Maintain compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and financial regulations.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to improve billing, accounting, and reporting processes.
  • Process refunds, exchanges, and payment adjustments in accordance with company policies.
  • Track inventory, reconcile stock variances, and support inventory management initiatives.
