Pay Range: $20 - $25 per hour based on experience.

Schedule: Fulltime, Monday - Friday, 8-hour shifts.

What You Bring (Requirements)

  • High school graduate with emphasis on data processing and office procedures.
  • Minimum of one-year experience in accounts payable and payroll.
  • Flexibility and organization skills.

  • Ability to utilize computers and other electronic devices for tasks such as timekeeping, in-servicing and documentation.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

The Biller will accurately bill Medicare/insurance and follow through in a timely manner.

  • Bill Medicare/Bill insurance.
  • Follow through on Medicare/insurance and Medicaid billing.
  • Analyze old accounts over ninety (90) days.
  • Learn and assist in Business Office Manager’s job functions to be able to cover for vacation, sick days, etc.
  • Attends required in-services & completes assigned online modules
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Business Office Manager.
