APS Medical Billing, located in Toledo Ohio, is seeking an experienced Data Entry Specialist to join our billing team. Beginning service in 1960, APS has grown into one of the premier billing companies, currently billing for over 250 total client locations throughout the United States.

Responsibilities

  • Enter billing data into our system
  • Compare data with source documents, and re-enter data in verification format to detect errors
  • Locate and correct data entry errors

Qualifications

  • Ability to multi-task and handle heavy workloads
  • Typing skills 60+ wpm
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to excel in a fast-paced and production-driven environment
