Job description

Responsibilities
  • Perform office procedures including; billing, bookkeeping and typing/correspondence
  • Ability to take vital signs, ECG and perform other clinical assistance tasks
  • Interacts with patients and families in a professional manner
  • Maintains professionalism while interacting with payors, vendors, insurance, etc.

Qualifications
  • Requires completion of a Medical Assistant training program or a certification in Medical Assisting
  • One year related experience preferred
  • Interpersonal skills necessary to communicate with patients and families and collaborate with health team members
  • CPR certification
