Monday - Thursday | 7:30am - 4:30pm

Friday | 7:30am - 1:30pm

Starting Pay Rate: $20.00 Hourly (Based on experience)

Temporary to hire

Job Responsibilities:

  • Room, Triage patients, taking vitals, patient history, administering injections, performing venipunctures and other screening.
  • Authorize prescription refill and Instruct patients regarding medications.
  • Collect co-payments, reconcile charges and balances.
  • Communicate unexpected wait times to patients.
  • Scheduling patient appointments and follow-ups.
  • Perform insurance verifications

Job Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • 2+ years medical assistant experience required.
  • EPIC experience required.
  • Must be bilingual (Spanish) required.
  • Current certification or registration as one of the following: Certified Clinical Medical Assistant (CCMA), Certified Medical Assistant (CMA), Registered Medical Assistant (RMA), National Certified Medical Assistant (NCMA), Nationally Registered Certified Medical Assistant (NRCMA).
