Shifts Available: Variable
Employment Type: Per Diem (PD/PRN)
Hours: Variable
We are seeking a Certified Medical Assistant, also referred to as a Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or Registered Medical Assistant (RMA). Certified Medical Assistants will support both clinical and administrative tasks, such as taking vital signs, assisting with procedures, updating patient records, and coordinating appointments. Medical Assistants will work under the supervision of physicians and nurses in a fast-paced environment, helping to deliver exceptional patient care and ensure smooth clinical operations. This position is on a per diem basis, meaning PD/PRN as needed.
Responsibilities
  • Greet patients, obtain vital signs, and prepare them for examinations and procedures
  • Assist providers with routine clinical procedures, treatments, and patient care needs
  • Administer medications and injections as permitted by certification and clinic policy
  • Update patient records, document clinical information, and maintain accurate medical histories
  • Coordinate prescription refills, lab results, referrals, and follow-up appointments

2. Medical Assistant Certification or Medical Assistant Diploma.
3. Current BLS (AHA) certificate upon hire and maintain current
