Medical Assistant

Location: Mason, OH 45040

Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Medical Assistant to join our healthcare team in Mason, OH. The ideal candidate will provide clinical and administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the medical office and high-quality patient care. The position is full-time, Monday through Friday with a Saturday rotation working approximately every 6th week.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet and prepare patients for examination, taking vital signs and medical histories.
  • Assist providers during patient examinations and procedures.
  • Perform basic laboratory tests and collect specimens as directed.
  • Administer medications and injections as authorized by the provider.
  • Schedule patient appointments and maintain accurate medical records.
  • Ensure exam rooms and medical equipment are clean and properly stocked.
  • Handle patient inquiries and provide information as needed.
  • Maintain compliance with healthcare regulations and confidentiality standards.
Qualifications
