Adecco Healthcare & Life Sciences is hiring a Medical Assistant in Moreno Valley, California!
This role is on-site / in person. Please read below and apply with an updated resume for consideration.

Type: Six-Month Contract, possibility of an extension
Pay: $22 to $24 per hour
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Location: Moreno Valley, CA 92553

Responsibilities for the Medical Assistant include but are not limited to:
• Support clinicians with day-to-day patient care and clinic workflow
• Room patients, obtain vitals, and prepare patients for visits
• Perform discharge duties including EKGs, POCT, injections, and vaccines as needed
• Schedule appointments and manage patient follow-up
• Respond to and manage in-basket messages
• Process referrals and prior authorizations for medications
• Maintain accurate documentation using EPIC EMR system
• Provide excellent patient service in a fast-paced clinical setting

Qualifications:
• Previous Medical Assistant experience required
• EPIC experience required
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask in a busy outpatient clinic environment
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Medical Assistant certification preferred
