Medical Assistant Liaisons are healthcare professionals who act as a bridge between medical staff, patients, and administrative teams. Their duties typically include coordinating patient care, facilitating communication among healthcare providers, and ensuring that patients understand their treatment plans. They may also help with scheduling, follow-ups, and addressing patient concerns, all while maintaining confidentiality and adhering to healthcare regulations. This role requires strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.

How does a medical assistant liaison typically collaborate with healthcare teams to improve patient care?
