  • Welcome and room patients with warmth and professionalism
  • Take vitals, update medical histories, and support providers during exams
  • Perform point‑of‑care testing and administer vaccines under supervision
  • Keep accurate, timely documentation in the EHR
  • Support patient education, follow‑ups, and clear communication
  • Help manage calls, referrals, prior authorizations, and scheduling
  • Maintain clean, stocked exam rooms and follow all safety guidelines
