Medical Device Assembler - Weekly Pay!!

1st Shift: Monday-Thursday, 5:30am-4:00pm ($18/hr)

2nd Shift: Monday-Thursday, 4:00pm-2:30am ($19.34/hr)

Job Description

I am seeking motivated individuals to join the manufacturing team and make a meaningful difference to patients worldwide by contributing to the creation of tools, technologies, and devices that transform lives. As a medical device assembler, you will work in the boxing cleanroom, bagging, sealing, boxing, and scanning finished catheters. Your role is vital in ensuring these products reach patients safely and efficiently.

Responsibilities

  • Use tools and equipment to complete the assembly of medical devices with precision and timeliness at each workstation.
  • Perform multiple operations proficiently by following work order instructions and drawings, using computers to navigate drawings, and entering parts status data.
  • Conduct inventory reconciliation at the start of the day and during work order transitions.
  • Review, follow, and perform job functions in compliance with established work instructions and SOPs, including recording traceable information on device history records and entering data into manufacturing data systems.
  • Perform line clearance, including cleaning and sanitizing workstations at the start of the shift and during transitions between work orders, ensuring all required components and tools are ready for the build.
  • Conduct self-assessment of work, which may include visual inspection under magnification, and sequentially review colleagues' work, providing constructive team feedback.
  • Escalate work issues and changes in equipment performance to supervisors for assessment and correction.
  • Ensure on-time arrival to work, maintain regular attendance without excessive absenteeism, and complete a full 10-hour work period.
  • Perform general work area housekeeping and other incidental duties.

  • Proficiency in using microscopes and hand tools.
  • Basic computer skills for navigating drawings and entering data.
