Job description

Admin Logistics Assistant

Pay: $24/hr
Schedule: Mon–Fri, 8am–5pm
Type: Temp-to-Hire (pay increase after 90 days; union fees apply)

Overview:
Seeking a detail-oriented admin to support a fast-paced logistics team. You’ll help keep freight, warehousing, and transportation operations running smoothly.

Key Duties:

  • Support logistics/operations with admin tasks

  • Process shipment and cargo documentation

  • Track deliveries and maintain accurate records

  • Communicate with teams, vendors, and customers

  • Input data (including hazmat) and prepare reports

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of admin/logistics experience

  • Strong data entry and MS Office skills

  • Knowledge of shipping/logistics processes

  • Excellent organization and communication skills

  • Must be eligible to join OPEIU union


Pay Details: $24.00 per hour
