Admin Logistics AssistantPay: $24/hr
Schedule: Mon–Fri, 8am–5pm
Type: Temp-to-Hire (pay increase after 90 days; union fees apply)
Overview:
Seeking a detail-oriented admin to support a fast-paced logistics team. You’ll help keep freight, warehousing, and transportation operations running smoothly.
Key Duties:
Support logistics/operations with admin tasks
Process shipment and cargo documentation
Track deliveries and maintain accurate records
Communicate with teams, vendors, and customers
Input data (including hazmat) and prepare reports
Requirements:
2+ years of admin/logistics experience
Strong data entry and MS Office skills
Knowledge of shipping/logistics processes
Excellent organization and communication skills
Must be eligible to join OPEIU union
Pay Details: $24.00 per hour
