The Mental Mediator is a gender inclusive, relationship diverse, and life intersectional wellness collective where we celebrate marginalized communities, gender diversity, and queerness. The Mental Mediator clinicians are curious, competent, and confident. We recognize systemic oppression is inherent in many business structures which disproportionately harm numerous marginalized communities. Clinicians are required hold the intimate space of trust and honor when walking alongside our community of diverse clientele including queer/trans/non-binary folks, BIPOC, social justice heroes, and those identified by
relationship diverse orientations (ie., poly/kink).
Candidate must be independent, driven, collaborative, and enhance our fun, connected, modern, diverse and positive minded group of clinicians. Candidate will be employee/W2 status.

Compensation:
  • Clinical Hours: Clinical hours is considered the clinical hour 
  • (ie., time spent with client)
  • $45-$55 per clinical hour for independently licensed (ie., LCPC, LCSW, LMFT)
  • $50-$60 per clinical hour for doctoral licensed (ie., PhD, PsyD)

Requirements of Job:
  • Current independent licensure in the State of New Jersey (ie., LCSW, LCPC, PsyD, PhD, etc.) in the State of New Jersey
  • Patience — getting paneled with insurance is a timeline outside of our control. 
  • Prior private practice experience is a plus.
