The Eagles' Mediation Mental Clinic is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to join our team on a full-time basis. • Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations of clients’ mental health to create effective, tailored treatment plans.
• Provide individual therapy employing evidence-based methodologies that focus on fostering personal growth and general well-being.
• Create therapeutic goals collaboratively with clients and monitor their progress toward achieving those goals.
• Utilize teletherapy practices to deliver therapy remotely, accommodating individuals with mobility issues or time constraints.
• Maintain meticulous documentation to uphold ethical standards and ensure continuity of care.
• Engage in ongoing professional development activities to enhance clinical skills and stay abreast of the latest trends in therapy.

In your role as an LMFT, you will work with a diverse clientele that includes individuals and families from various backgrounds facing a range of issues from anxiety and depression to relationship challenges and trauma. Our clinic emphasizes tailored care, allowing you to develop a deep understanding of each client’s unique situation, thereby facilitating effective and empathetic treatment strategies.

• A valid and active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a similar field.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills that foster a safe and trusting therapeutic environment.
• Demonstrated empathy, understanding, and a nonjudgmental attitude toward clients' experiences.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, enabling efficient management of your caseload and administrative tasks.

While all licensed LMFTs are encouraged to apply, experience in addiction treatment or trauma-informed care will be particularly advantageous. Familiarity with virtual therapy platforms and developing digital intervention strategies is beneficial as we continue to adapt to the evolving landscape of mental health services.
