As a Media Operations Specialist, you will play a critical role in executing, trafficking, and optimizing omnichannel marketing campaigns across traditional and digital media. This role partners closely with media strategy, creative, analytics, and business teams to ensure campaigns are delivered accurately, efficiently, and in alignment with C Spire's brand standards-while continuously improving performance through data-driven insights.

Responsibilities:

What You Will Do

Execute, traffic, and optimize traditional media campaigns across broadcast and cable television, connected television (OTT/online video), radio, print, and out-of-home advertising
Build, measure, and continuously improve cross-channel campaign performance to drive engagement, efficiency, and revenue
Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics across digital and traditional channels, including delivery, impressions, reach, frequency, GRPs, pacing, and spend
Apply performance insights to optimize creative execution, audience targeting, and budget allocation
Coordinate media trafficking and asset delivery, ensuring materials meet technical specifications, deadlines, and contractual requirements
Collaborate with internal partners-including web and UX/UI, social media, creative, analytics, and business line teams-to align messaging and campaign priorities
Serve as a liaison with media vendors, stations, publishers, and out-of-home partners to ensure accurate execution and timely reporting
Create and manage detailed project plans, media schedules, and trafficking timelines
Ensure all marketing materials comply with C Spire brand standards, legal requirements, and industry best practices
Support platform and system administration for media execution and reporting, including tagging, logs, affidavits, post-buy documentation, and invoicing
Partner with analytics teams to track KPIs, compile performance reports, and identifyactionable optimization opportunities
Stay current on emerging media trends, including evolving TV measurement, OTT/CTV platforms, attribution models, and privacy-safe targeting approaches
Perform additional duties as assigned to support overall marketing objectives

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related discipline
Minimum of two years of experience in marketing, advertising, digital, or interactive marketing, including project management or related work
Familiarity with digital analytics platforms including Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate across multiple teams
Excellent organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
