Job Title: Media Trafficking Specialist
Location: Onsite in Memphis, Tennessee

Overview

The Media Trafficking Specialist will manage the accurate setup, trafficking, and launch of creative assets across television media campaigns. This role serves as an operational quality checkpoint, ensuring creative files, tracking elements, language designations, campaign destinations, and placement details are correct before launch.

Key Responsibilities

  • Traffic and manage television campaign assets according to approved media plans, flight dates, and creative rotation strategies.
  • Coordinate asset delivery through third-party trafficking platforms such as Extreme Reach.
  • Verify creative versions, English and Spanish language designations, rotation status, and applicable compliance requirements.
  • Confirm assets are connected to the correct landing pages, phone numbers, URLs, and tracking destinations for accurate attribution and reporting.
  • Perform comprehensive pre-launch quality assurance, including:
    • Creative version and language verification
    • Ad ID and ISCI validation
    • Landing page and destination URL testing
    • Flight date and rotation confirmation
    • Network and platform placement verification
  • Maintain accurate trafficking grids, asset-mapping documents, and campaign launch-readiness trackers.
  • Identify discrepancies early and escalate issues that could affect campaign timing, delivery, or performance.
  • Coordinate launch readiness across creative, production, media planning, analytics, ad operations, and external vendor teams.
  • Communicate campaign status, risks, dependencies, and required actions clearly and promptly.
  • Ensure creative assets and supporting documentation are properly logged and shared for downstream execution.
  • Monitor campaign launches to confirm assets are live and functioning as expected.
  • Help resolve post-launch discrepancies, implement corrections, support reconciliation, and update documentation to reflect current in-market status.

Required Qualifications

  • At least two years of relevant media trafficking or campaign execution experience.
  • Experience supporting the setup, trafficking, launch, or quality assurance of television media campaigns.
  • Strong attention to detail and demonstrated accountability for accurate, end-to-end campaign execution.
  • Ability to validate creative assets, campaign dates, rotation details, tracking destinations, and placement information.
  • Proven ability to coordinate effectively across multiple internal teams and external vendors.
  • Experience maintaining trafficking documentation, asset records, or campaign-readiness trackers.
  • Ability to identify and communicate execution risks before they affect a campaign launch.
  • Comfort working in a deadline-driven media environment with multiple active deliverables.
  • Ability to work onsite in Memphis.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience using Extreme Reach for creative asset delivery or trafficking.
  • Experience validating Ad IDs or ISCI codes.
  • Experience trafficking both English- and Spanish-language creative assets.
