Job Duties:
Attention to detail is a must, and no candle-making experience is necessary. Good manual dexterity is required. You must be comfortable being shown on social media as we create TikToks and Reels behind the scenes.
Your job duties will include, but are not limited to:
Pouring luxury candles, wax melts, and fragrance (on-the-job training provided)
Manufacturing non-toxic laundry detergent (on-the-job training provided)
Shipping and packaging orders
Light lifting (no more than 44 lbs - boxes of wax) with assistance if needed
Sorting and organizing inventory
Cleaning machines, tabletops, mopping & sweeping floors (weekly)
Handling customer pickup orders

New hires will need to provide proof of citizenship, sign an NDA & non-compete agreement, and will undergo a background check.New hires will be assigned a base training pay - which will convert to regular pay after completion of training.
