Location: Houston, TX (Hybrid / In-Person Preferred)
Time Commitment: 35 days per week | ~20 hours/week (flexible; more hours available based on performance)
Compensation: School credit or $12$15/hour
We are looking for a creative, motivated Social Media Content Creator Intern to help produce engaging, video-first content across our portfolio of 10 restaurant and hospitality brands. This role is ideal for someone who loves storytelling, short-form video, and creating content that feels native to platforms like Instagram and TikTok.
Youll work closely with our marketing team to capture, edit, and publish content that brings each brands personality to life - from behind-the-scenes moments to menu highlights, trends, and day-to-day restaurant energy.
What Youll Do
  • Create short-form, video-first content (Reels, TikToks, Shorts) across multiple brands
  • Capture in-store content including food, drinks, staff moments, events, and ambiance
  • Travel to restaurants and theater locations to gather content as needed
  • Work evenings and weekends as needed schedule will vary week to week based on events and business needs (Friday/Saturday nights, weekend brunches, special events)
  • Edit videos for social platforms using mobile or desktop tools (CapCut, InShot, Premiere, etc.)
  • Stay on top of social trends and help ideate creative concepts that feel timely and on-brand
  • Assist with content planning and organization for multiple social accounts
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure content aligns with brand voice and campaigns
What Were Looking For
  • Strong creative eye and passion for social media content creation
  • Comfortable filming and editing short-form video
  • Familiar with Instagram, TikTok, and current social trends
  • Organized, reliable, and able to manage content across multiple brands
  • Self-starter with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Reliable transportation and a valid drivers license required (you will travel between restaurant and theater locations)
  • Availability to work evenings and weekends as needed hours will vary depending on the week and our needs
  • Prior experience creating social content (personal or professional) is a plus, but not required
  • Photography experience is a plus
  • Background or interest in the food or film/movie industry is a plus
