As a Media Specialist, you will support the delivery of media-driven growth for Personal Health Care (PHC) brands while ensuring best-in-class operational execution across North America PHC business. This role combines media planning support, operational rigor, and digital commerce execution-requiring strong attention to detail, ownership, and the ability to move quickly in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
1. Media Planning & Performance Support
  • Support the development, execution, and optimization of category media plans to drive media-driven growth.
  • Deliver weekly performance recaps, including investment tracking, in-market results, and optimization actions.
  • Analyze media performance and competitive activity to identify optimization opportunities.
  • Evaluate new media opportunities and contribute to initiatives that support brand growth.

2. Media Operations & Financial Ownership
  • Manage media operations across NA PHC, including flowcharts, budgets, authorizations, and billing with a high level of accuracy.
  • Partner with agency teams to complete monthly billing reconciliation on time.
  • Maintain standardized reporting across platforms and media tools aligned to planning and reporting cycles.
  • Ensure all media documentation (plans, insertion orders, schedules) is accurate, current, and audit-ready.

3. Administrative & Team Support
  • Provide proactive administrative support to team leadership, including calendar management and meeting coordination.
  • Support development of presentations and materials, ensuring timely delivery and strong quality.
  • Anticipate team needs and help remove day-to-day operational friction.
  • Identify and implement opportunities to improve processes and team efficiency.

4. Digital Commerce (dCom) Execution
  • Manage access and governance for digital commerce tools,, ensuring compliance and data integrity.
  • Support eContent deployment, syndication, and auditing to ensure accuracy and timely execution.
  • Partner with customer teams to resolve content issues across key retailers.
  • Conduct audits to ensure content quality and consistency across platforms.

5. Collaboration & Capability Building
  • Build strong working relationships across brand, media, creative, and agency partners.
  • Support cross-functional initiatives to strengthen media operations and dCom capabilities.
  • Establish yourself as a reliable, trusted team member through strong execution and collaboration.

Starting Pay/Salary Range: $69,300 - $96,200
