GREAT VIEWS, GREAT CAREERS! Lind Media Company, Ohio's largest independent Outdoor Advertising company, has an immediate opening for an Operations Billposter in the Mansfield, Ohio region.


The objective of the Operations Billposter position is to post billboards, complete maintenance projects, and vegetation control. We are seeking a candidate with general maintenance skills, the ability to climb, and work independently. A good driving record is a must. A high degree of ability to perform effectively under fluctuating weather conditions is a must. Competitive pay and bonus programs are available.


Major Activities and Responsibilities:

  • Post on billboard structures
  • Vegetation control
  • Billboard maintenance

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Requirements:

  • Works well in a fast-paced environment
  • Written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to establish and maintain cooperative working relationships
  • Skill in working independently and following through on assignments with minimal direction
  • Ability to lift a minimum of 50lbs

Education and Experience Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Current and Valid Drivers License
  • Welding Experience is a plus
