Job description

The Role

As Senior Paid Media Executive, you'll be responsible for the planning, execution, and optimisation of paid media campaigns across both social and search platforms for North America. Working closely with internal stakeholders and agency partners, you'll ensure all campaigns are built and optimised to deliver best-in-class performance across acquisition, retention, and engagement.
This is an individual contributor role, ideal for someone confident in managing campaigns end-to-end, while also eager to evolve channel strategies and help future-proof DAZN's paid media approach.
Salary Range: $70,000 - $90,000. This is hybrid role which will be based mostly on site from our New York office.
  • Plan, execute, and optimise Paid Social and PPC campaigns to meet acquisition and engagement goals.
  • Manage campaign set-up, tracking, bidding strategies, and creative rotation across multiple markets.
  • Analyse performance data to identify insights, trends, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate with brand, creative, and analytics teams to ensure campaigns are audience-driven and on-brand.
  • Test and scale new channels, formats, and targeting strategies to drive innovation.
  • Maintain accuracy and efficiency in campaign delivery, ensuring spend and performance align with KPIs.
  • Support the evolution of DAZN's paid media best practices and contribute to cross-channel learnings.
  • Stay up to date with the latest paid media trends, tools, and platform updates.
  • Proven hands-on experience managing Paid Social (Meta, TikTok, X, Snapchat) and PPC (Google Ads, YouTube) campaigns.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable optimisations.
  • Confidence in managing budgets, pacing, and forecasting across multiple campaigns.
  • Experience with A/B testing, audience segmentation, and conversion optimisation.
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • A proactive, curious mindset and a passion for continuous learning.
  • A genuine enthusiasm for sport, media, and performance marketing.
