Leasing Consultant (Entry Level)

Location: St. Louis, MO

Salary: $17-$18/HR + Competitive Commission Structure


Are you outgoing, sales-driven, and passionate about working with people? We are seeking an enthusiastic Leasing Consultant to join a growing multifamily community in St. Louis, MO.


This is a fantastic entry-level opportunity for someone looking to start a career in property management. If you have a background in sales, retail, hospitality, or customer service and enjoy building relationships, weโ€™d love to hear from you!


What Youโ€™ll Do
  • Greet and tour prospective residents throughout the community
  • Showcase apartment homes, amenities, and community features
  • Guide prospects through the leasing and application process
  • Follow up on leads and schedule appointments
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to current and prospective residents
  • Support resident retention and renewal efforts
  • Assist with marketing initiatives, social media, and outreach events
  • Maintain accurate leasing records and documentation
  • Partner with the onsite team to achieve leasing and occupancy goals
What Weโ€™re Looking For
  • Sales experience required (retail, hospitality, customer service, or other sales-focused environments welcomed)
  • Leasing experience is NOT required โ€” training will be provided
