Job description

As an Owned Strategy and Implementation Senior Associate on the Marketing Execution team , you will lead strategy implementation for Owned Media advertising across chase.com and the Chase mobile app, translating Consumer and Community Banking's priorities into executable delivery plans and high-quality launches. You will own delivery workflows end-to-end - including intake, ad placement, targeting configuration, weekly release execution, post-launch monitoring, and issue triage - while utilizing AI to drive automation across workflows, validation, reporting, and monitoring to improve speed-to-market and build quality.

Job Responsibilities

  • Lead intake, prioritization, and execution planning for owned media ad placements across chase.com and the Chase mobile app.
  • Partner with CCB LOB marketing teams and campaign managers to translate campaign objectives into clear requirements, timelines, and launch criteria.
  • Own end-to-end implementation of owned media placements, including assembly, targeting configuration, testing, and launch across marketing platforms.
  • Establish and continuously improve standardized workflows, playbooks, and controls that increase delivery predictability and reduce rework.
  • Partner with Product team to design and implement AI-driven workflow automation (e.g., intelligent routing, prioritization, and approval flows) to improve speed-to-market and reduce manual effort.
  • Define QA strategy, acceptance criteria, and release readiness gates to improve build quality. 
  • Drive root-cause analysis of defects and launch issues; implement systemic fixes to improve first-pass quality.
  • Build and scale AI-powered monitoring and anomaly detection to proactively identify delivery, targeting, or performance issues.
  • Manage planned and unplanned changes, risks, issues, and dependencies to maintain delivery commitments.
  • Monitor post-launch health and ad serving performance; triage issues and coordinate resolution with product and technology partners.
  • Continuously evaluate emerging AI capabilities within the martech stack and pilot new use cases to improve delivery efficiency and effectiveness.
     

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills

  • 4-year college degree, in Information Systems, Computer Science, Marketing or related-field.
  • 5+ years' experience in digital operations and release governance, delivering campaigns/features from build through QA and production release with measurable improvements in speed-to-market and build quality.
  • Knowledge of Agile operating principles; experience operating in a sprint cycle.
  • Demonstrated experience driving workflow automation and building operational reporting/monitoring (e.g., automated dashboards, alerts, and KPI tracking) to improve speed-to-market and build quality.
  • Experience working in staged environments for both Development and QA.
  • Experience with related technologies, including Sapiens, Tableau, Adobe Experience Manager, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Segment.
  • Demonstrated expertise in testing technologies for digital programs, including omni-channel access and customer experience, in addition to standard functional testing.
  • Ability to liaison between lines of business and development teams, translating strategic goals into technology solutions.
  • Experience working as a leader in a past paced environment, with strong skills in problem solving and prioritization. 
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Team player with strong interpersonal skills, self-motivated, energetic, "can-do" attitude in a fast-moving environment. 


Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Ability to lead and drive transformation including (1) defining new work processes and tools, (2) defining and implementing a transformation project plan and, (3) defining and implementing metrics to track transformation progress and corresponding improvements to value delivery speed and efficiency.
  • Experience using AI to drive automation in martech/ops environments (workflow orchestration, validation checks, release readiness automation).
  • Comprehensive knowledge of industry best practices in designing and implementing omni-channel journeys.
  • Experience building automated delivery dashboards and operational health monitoring/alerting.
  • Experience designing intake/prioritization models and capacity management for high-volume marketing delivery.
