This role requires a strong analytical mind, excellent communication skills, and a passion for data‑driven storytelling. You will be responsible for maintaining and updating our Google Sheets ecosystem, which is central to our campaign creation and management process. You will also leverage Data Studio dashboards as a primary data source for performance analysis.

What you’ll do:

  • Collaborate closely with media and client engagement teams to ensure data‑driven insights are integrated into campaign strategies and execution.
  • Analyze campaign performance data within Data Studio (formerly known as Looker) and other data sources to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for optimization.
  • Develop compelling narratives based on data analysis to communicate findings and recommendations effectively to both technical and non‑technical audiences, including client presentations.
  • Proactively identify potential test and learn opportunities based on data insights and formulate hypotheses for experimentation.
  • Maintain and update the Google Sheets ecosystem, ensuring data accuracy and efficient workflow for campaign management. This includes building and updating formulas within Google Sheets to adapt to evolving business needs.
  • Contribute to the development and refinement of data activation processes and best practices.
  • Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices in data analysis, visualization, and activation.

Who you are:

  • Intellectual curiosity and a proactive approach to problem‑solving.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast‑paced environment.
  • A passion for innovation and a desire to contribute to a growing team.

What you’ll need:

  • 3+years of experience in an analytics role, preferably within the advertising industry
  • Proven ability to extract insights from data and translate complex information into clear, concise, and actionable recommendations.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to tailor communication style to different audiences.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel, including advanced formulas and data manipulation techniques.
  • Experience with Tableau and/or Data Studio (creating and modifying dashboards, calculations) is strongly preferred.
  • Experience with Google Sheets, including building and updating formulas, is a nice to have.

We believe the best work happens when we're together, fostering creativity, collaboration, and connection. That's why we’ve adopted a hybrid approach, with teams in the office an average of four days a week. If you require accommodations or flexibility, please discuss this with the hiring team during the interview process.
