Job description

The Sr. Manager willbe responsible for leadingall digital media activation efforts for Sonic and Local pods within the Inspire Brands portfolio.This role willwork cross-functionallybetweenMedia Strategy & Planning, Consumer Analytics,Brand Marketing, andwith Inspire's media agency-of-record todevelop and execute all in-house aspects of the broader campaign.Leading a team of7direct reports andcollaboratingwith peerManagersand Senior ManagersacrossMedia Strategy & Planning to maintain business outcomes/insightsperformance reporting andfinancial stewardship across the brand portfolio.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Digital Media

  • Responsible forowning and overseeingall digital mediaactivationfor respective brand(s).

  • Channelsinclude:Programmatic, Paid Social,Biddable 3PDand Paidsearch.

  • Ensuringteam is executing campaigns according to brand/agency plans andcontinuallyoptimizingto drivesuperior performance

  • DevelopPOV's and strategic recommendationsthat will improveperformance andalignswith the overall goalsof the brand(s)

  • Collaboratewith external partners to drive joint businessplans,strategic sessions, QBRs, andcampaign performance.

  • Work closely withthelarger demand generationteams(AudiencePlanning, Analytics,Data and Tech)tosetup and ensureaudiencesstrategies are being properly implemented and tested.

  • Possessa well-developed analytical ability and a proventrack recordof extracting tangible insights from large data sets

  • Ensure all partners and ad tech tools are beingleveragedand your team is producing reports that display the impactof the media being bought

  • Work with your team to ensure billing and budget pacing is handled accurately andon time

  • Mentor, train, and developjrlevel team memberson biddable team to continually strengthen the departmentandassistin succession planning across your direct team

  • Pushtestandlearn agendastomedia and business performance.

  • Delivery ad hoc campaigns and requests ina timelyorganized manner.

  • Be partnerstoMedia Strategy andplanningas well as Publicis in buying and planning all media.

Agency and Cross-Functional Internal Teams Collaboration

  • Exhibit confident communication skills with various internal leadership heads, including brand CMOs to effectively present tactical paidmediaplans and campaign status reports on a regular basis or as needed

  • Interface with external/internal teams in managing requests concerning processes and deliverables.

  • Partner with Managers of MS&P andthe agency relationship at the "pod" level

  • Provide insights oncompetitive tracking, campaign performance, pacingon a regular basis and/or as needed

  • Partner with the media analytics team to measure impact of ongoing campaigns and overall plan

  • Work with Audience Planning todetermineaudience scalability and strategies across each platform.

  • PartnerWork closely with other internal departments to develop learning agendaand testing roadmap based on brands'objectives, insights, and key challenges

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of hands-onexperience inSEM, Paid Social or Programmaticand / orbiddablemedia

  • 5+ yearsworking in media buying either on the agency side or the client side

  • Experience managingpeople and projects

  • Demonstrated experience in problem solving and managing multiple tasks

  • Ability to lead teams and deliver results

  • Excellent project management skills (proficiencyin Excel/PPT/SharePoint will be key)

  • Ability to balance multiple priorities and meet project deadlines

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills

  • Ability to lead and influence others

  • Personal integrity, humility,anappreciation for the power of true teamwork
