We're looking for a detail-oriented and patient-focused Holter Technician to join our team at Kaiser CO Lone Tree. If you enjoy working hands-on with patients and technology while supporting cardiology services, this is a great opportunity to grow with a dynamic healthcare organization.
What You'll Do
As a Holter Technician, you will play a key role in cardiac monitoring by ensuring accurate data collection and excellent patient experience. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Attaching ECG electrodes and portable heart monitors to patients
  • Uploading and routing Holter monitor data to ordering physicians
  • Providing clear instructions to patients on device use, symptom logging, and basic troubleshooting
  • Maintaining device inventory and ensuring equipment readiness
  • Scheduling Holter appointments and managing department phone/voicemail communication
  • Documenting and routing urgent notifications through Epic/Health Connect
  • Communicating effectively with healthcare providers via email, phone, and Teams
  • Supporting urgent add-on requests for device placement from cardiologists
  • Monitoring overdue Holter returns and following up with patients
  • Reporting damaged devices and coordinating repairs
  • Ensuring strict adherence to patient confidentiality and data protection standards
  • Identifying and escalating device or technical issues promptly
