Job description

We are seeking a Medical Assistant to become a part of our team! You will perform routine administrative and clinical assignments to keep the medical spa running smoothly.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle all administrative duties in a timely manner
  • Perform routine clinical tasks to support the staff
  • Perform treatments within the scope of your licensure
  • Escort patients to exam rooms and check out of patients following treatments
  • Monitoring of inventory for office supplies and medication
  • Maintenance of office space

​Qualifications:

  • Licensure & previous experience as a medical assistant
  • Phlebotomy, subcutaneous & IM injection skills required
  • Familiarity with scheduling and checking out patients
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
