About the Team: 

We are looking for a new colleague in our Engineering team at the Center of Competence of Friction Materials (BWGFE) for our site in Mutliva Baja (Pamplona). In this team we manage and work out the development project of friction products within the EU.


What you can look forward to as Mechanical Test Technician (m/f/d):

  • Be part of the friction materials validation team and ensure validation planning for the product (content and time)
  • Preparation of bench tests and make sure of fulfillment of the test procedures.
  • Mounting and dismantling brake systems.
  • Measurements of the test samples. Brake pads, discs, shoes...
  • Reporting of tests utilizing the appropriate tools and equipment.
  • Maintenance activities of testing machines and test facilities.
  • Participate in continuous improvement activities. Support engineering project activities

Your Profile as Mechanical Test Technician (m/f/d):

  • Vocational Training (FP in Spanish) mechanical or automotive (recommendable not essential)
  • Automotive components/systems experience preferred (braking)
  • Electronic and Electric field knowledge will be a support for the job
  • Strong organizational and problem solving skills/attitude
  • Excellent communication skills, team player.
  • PC-Software knowledge, Ophimatics. driving license
  • Fluent Spanish and Basic English
