The Mechanical Engineering Manager will lead a small team of 1-5 engineers focused on the design and development of products and aerospace projects. This role emphasizes team leadership, project planning, and ensuring high-quality engineering outputs while fostering continuous improvement and mentoring within the team. The position offers the chance to lead cross-functional initiatives with no travel requirements.

Responsibilities
