Job description

Overview:
Our client is well established consulting engineering firm that isa national pioneer in the development of net zero energy buildings. They arecurrently seeking a Mechanical EIT to join their growing team within the Fargo market!
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, schematics, and computer-generated response
  • Calculate heat loss/heat gain requirements for buildings
  • Layout of mechanical systems using AutoCAD and/or REVIT software
  • Coordinate system design with other trades
  • Assist jobsite meetings as needed
  • Identify and resolve conflicts as they arise
  • Create and maintain customer relationships
Required Knowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering from an ABET accredited institution
  • 3+ years experience in MEP
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • AutoCAD and REVIT software experience
