The Senior Building Engineer has a working knowledge of HVAC and electrical systems in commercial buildings. Experience with building automation systems is a plus.


What You’ll Do:

As the Senior Building Engineer, you will provide world-class support and services to the tenants of a commercial campus in the Raleigh area. The Senior Building Engineer will oversee all maintenance-related functions of the property and support preventative maintenance programs for facility systems. The Senior Building Engineer will also be responsible for overseeing vendor management and monitoring systems through BMS platforms and smart building tools.
