Mechanical Engineer/Designer

Location: Overland Park, KS

Job Type: Full-time, Hybrid

Pay: $80,000–$120,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications


About the Opportunity

We are a multi-disciplined engineering firm providing professional design services on a national level, seeking a motivated Mechanical Engineer/Designer to join our team. You'll work on a diverse mix of commercial building projects throughout the United States, gaining exposure to multiple jurisdictions while growing with a fast-paced, expanding company.

This is a great opportunity for both entry-level and experienced engineers looking to build their career with a firm that offers real upside and a team-oriented culture.


What You'll Do

  • Design mechanical and plumbing systems for a diverse mix of commercial building projects
  • Use AutoCAD Building Systems and/or Revit to produce design documentation
  • Work across multiple projects simultaneously as part of the overall design team
  • Apply and stay current on building codes across multiple jurisdictions


Required Qualifications

  • A degree in Mechanical or Architectural Engineering from an accredited university
  • Computer-aided drafting (AutoCAD) experience


Preferred Qualifications

  • Working knowledge of building codes
  • Prior experience with building systems design
  • Team-oriented, can-do attitude
  • EIT or PE licensure

  • Base Salary: $80,000–$120,000, commensurate with experience
